    Who we’re looking for

    Security Initiatives & Services Delivery Consultant is responsible for leading successful delivery of initiatives and shared services across several information security functions.

    Security Initiatives & Services Delivery Consultant is accountable for ensuring the performance of assigned initiatives and global service deliveries within the portfolio by managing the risks, monitoring the health of the initiatives and organizing interventions for troubled situations

    It is critical that the Security Initiatives & Services Delivery consultant has the capability to influence the team and encourage the successful delivery of services.  This resource must demonstrate broad business and technical expertise that inspires confidence in recommendations.

    What you'll be doing

    • Lead the team supporting the initiatives domestically and internationally through respective delivery management processes and ensure initiatives and services deliveries are running effectively and in compliance to governance controls.
    • Advise leadership of status, identifying risks/issues in a timely manner and highlighting relevant accomplishments.
    • Clear road-blocks for the delivery team serving as escalation point for the team.
    • Manage Initiative and service delivery budgets across all aspects (technology, labor, miscellaneous expense).
    • Manage shared security services contracts with affiliates ensuring new agreements are scheduled for deployment/delivery.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business and related fields.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in managing the planning, designing, implementation, and sustainment of project delivery programs.
    • Supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities
    • Experience in business planning, resource allocation, and project management.
    • security, risk management, and business organizations.
    • Capability to take complex security concepts and present the ideas (and benefits) to non-technical management in an impactful qualitative and quantitative way.
    • Relationship building and ability to influence decision makers through a consensus building approach.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Methodology certifications.
    • CISSP or security certifications.
    • Knowledge and experience in security and regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, etc.
    • Ability to work with numerous parallel projects; sometimes under restrictive timelines.
