Who we’re looking for
Toyota Motors North America Revenue Management and Product Profitability department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst, Product Profit Transformation.
The primary responsibility of this role is to apply creativity, strategic thinking, and financial acumen to analyze and report product profitability and develop transformative strategies to elevate product profit and team performance. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, applicants must be located in (or able to relocate to) our corporate headquarters (greater DFW area) or R&D headquarters (greater DTW area).
Reporting to the Manager of Product Profit Transformation the Senior Analyst, Product Profit Transformation will be accountable for analyzing and reporting model life Enterprise profit of Toyota Motor North America’s portfolio of vehicles as well as contributing to elevating our division’s performance to meet the needs of Toyota’s future as a mobility company.
What you’ll be doing
Develop Enterprise Profit reporting & analysis for vehicles sold in North America.
Collaborate with business and functional leaders and team members to develop and track product profit throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and deliver innovative strategies to improve division performance,
Focus on team member development, create career paths within the department, effectively allocate resources, and support recruiting/retention.
What you bring
Creativity, passion, and drive for transformational change.
Profit management, Finance, or Accounting experience or education.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills.
JKK & TBP or certified or able to become certified within 6 months (may substitute other existing Six Sigma/Lean certification).
Added bonus if you have
Project leadership experience.
Experience with big data, analytics, and data visualization.
Product profit analysis experience.
