    Who we’re looking for

    Toyota’s Dealer Information Support Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Dealer Information Sr. Project Analyst to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders from Retail Market Development (RMD) at all levels and be part of the team that supports the field, other TMNA departments, and various outside entities in the understanding of RMD policies, processes, and Market Representation/Business Management information. 

    What you’ll be doing

    •    Direct the creation of business requirements, user acceptance testing, implementation, training, and support of new/enhanced systems.
    •    Coordinate current business operations, processes, and procedures and develop strategies to improve on them through RMD system(s) enhancements, and business process improvements.
    •    Evaluate user requests for information and coordinate with Business Analytics, IT, internal teams, and vendors to satisfy business needs.
    •    Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the Dealer data in all RMD systems in partnership with various support teams.
    •    Partner with other RMD Information Support team members to facilitate completion of projects and achieving department/division goals.
     

    What you bring 

    •    Bachelor's Degree in business and/or relevant project management experience.
    •    Ability to multitask and manage/support several initiatives at once.
    •    Understanding of generalized workflows and systems design.
    •    Proficiency in all MS Office software (including Excel, Word, Visio, Access).
    •    Experience with the Hyperion reporting tools SmartView & Interactive Reporting (IR).
    •    Proven ability to effectively interface at all levels internally and externally.
    •    Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
    •    Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work both tactically and strategically.
    •    Ability to utilize business analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
     Added bonus if you have

    •    Project Management professional certification(s).
    •    General understanding of accounting systems.
    •    Experience with creating reports in Tableau.
    •    Knowledge of automotive market representation policies, practices, and franchise agreements.
    •    Experience with Jira.
    •    Experience with whiteboarding technologies (Klaxoon, Miro, etc.).
