    Who we’re looking for

    Toyota Motors North America Finance department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance Department initiatives.

    The primary responsibilities of this role may include but are not limited to providing financial guidance and decision support to one or more operational divisions or groups. This includes being accountable for supporting the division with forecast development, revenue analysis, cost estimates, monthly variance reporting, business cases, and other finance-related needs. In addition, consolidating financial information into an overall financial picture for TMNA. This includes continuous alignment with TMNA objectives and holding divisions accountable to long-term plans.

    Reporting to the Finance Manager, the person in this role will support the Finance Department’s objective by partnering with budget owners to develop a quarterly budget/ forecast, including analysis of revenue, labor, cost of sales, fixed costs, and capital investments.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Partner with budget owners to develop quarterly budget/ forecast, including analysis of revenue, labor, cost of sales, fixed costs, and capital investments.

    • Collaborate with budget owners to understand monthly results and prepare an analysis to support financial close.

    • Prepare presentations to inform leadership on the latest full-year budget/forecast, monthly performance tracking, and communicate potential risks and opportunities.

    • Support Pricing team through cost reviews, sales optimization analysis, foreign exchange rate studies, and other activities.

    • Support Manufacturing reporting & forecasting through analysis of individual manufacturing company (NAMC) results and forecasts in specialized areas such as SLDM, labor, fixed costs, and variable costs.

    • Collaborate with the division on business case development, providing guidance to ensure financials are accurate and success is measurable.

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on a consolidated forecast.

    • Support special projects and analysis as needed.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

    • Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and/or related discipline.

    • Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    • Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and effectively apply data manipulation tools to analyze large datasets.

    • Ability to develop presentations and reports to effectively communicate financial information.

    Added bonus if you have

    • MBA, CPA, or CMA.

    • Experience with SAP and BPC Planning Software.

    • Knowledgeable in Power BI development.

    • Experience providing support across different Business Units.

    • Experience in financial forecasting consolidation.
