Who We're Looking For

Toyota's OneTech Accessories Supply Chain team is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, learning-focus, and passionate individual. The Accessories Supply Chain team supports the systems responsible for enabling the accessory development lifecycle from ideation, through development, and market availability.

The Sr. Analyst / Developer will play a key role in the Incident Management process to ensure our business customers are not negatively impacted due to system-related issues, as well as be involved in the Change Management & Problem Management processes. The Sr. Analyst / Developer will lend their expertise to Accessory application enhancements and support all critical systems responsible for managing the accessory lifecycle.

This individual will collaborate with company customers, OneTech colleagues, business partners, and other stakeholders. The Sr. Analyst / Developer must demonstrate strong initiative, relationship building, and influential communication skills in addition to applying the Toyota Way principles. The Sr. Analyst / Developer will support the Accessory Supply Chain will support the Service Parts & Accessories Development (SPAD) department’s vision to “Provide the right products and services at the right time and place, contributing to an extraordinary ownership experience and Toyota’s success.”

What You'll Be Doing

• SME / Lead for Accessory business- critical applications – AMS (Accessory Management System), ASG (Accessory Sales Guide), and MSPO (Microsoft Project Online), responsible for design, development, integration, code review and implementations.
• Focus on application design, integration, cloud migration/modernization, and vendor code quality.
• Lead new technology implementations & integrations within the Accessories team.
• Partner with vendor to lead development on maintenance and enhancement backlogs.
• Lead problem and incident management, including daily ticket monitoring, health check reviews.
• Identify best practices (used in other organizations or in Toyota) and implement them to solve problems and address challenges effectively.
• Monitor and optimize the cloud implementation for technical and cost efficiencies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on development experience, specifically cloud and legacy application modernizations.
• Knowledge and experience with progressive technology solutions, including DevOps, cloud computing, micro-services, intelligent automation (RPA), big data, and analytics.
• Experience using business and technical skills to build business solutions to best support business vision and strategy.
• Demonstrated functional work experience in the related area/s.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing the workload and constraints of each.
• Progressive years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working within and across distributed development teams.
• Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, Azure, etc.) design/architecture.
• Experience with business and systems analysis.

• Business knowledge of the related industry and accessory development experience.
• Experience with the Scrum framework.
