    Who we’re looking for
     

    Toyota’s TL1 Legal Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Administrator. 
     

    The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Toyota Legal One Technical Analysis Group (TAG), as well as the Litigation and Claims teams in connection with claims and litigation matters filed against TMNA (Toyota Motor North America, Inc. and its affiliates.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Timely and accurately input information into Toyota Legal One’s (TL1) matter management system, including assignments, case information, status, etc.
    • Coordinate with multiple TMNA, TMS, and TEMA departments to timely obtain relevant documents and information to assist in defense of litigation matters.
    • Respond to ad hoc requests in support of product law groups.
    • Review, track and manage technical data and materials generated by the Technical Assistance Group engineers (utilizing master charts and databases).
    • Coordinate and assist in the Service of Process handling within the TL1 department.
    • Support HQ on-site administrative duties for TL1 department, on a rotational basis.  (in addition to Hybrid Work Schedule).
    • Provide administrative support as needed.

    What you bring

    • Data entry and database management experience.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
    • Proficient with graphs, tables, and charts.
    • Proficiency with NetDocuments (or similar document management system), document repository systems, and Iron Mountain (or other records retention) tracking systems.
       

    Added bonus if you have

    • Familiarity with Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), and Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America (TEMA) structures and departments.
    • Accounts payable experience.
    • Automotive experience.
    • Fluency in Spanish.
