    Position summary

    uman Resource Department’s objective to provide Team Member Relations support through understanding, developing, and facilitating HR solutions to achieve the desired business objective.

    This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana.  The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.  Relocation assistance isn’t currently available for this position.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Daily management and resolution of team member issues and concerns and Human Resource related functions.
    • Project management to include development, implementation, and PDCA cycle.
    • Responsible for assigned strategic planning priorities.
    • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws. 
    • Administrator for regional and local policies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

    What you bring

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience that is relevant to this position.
    • Human resources and/or investigations experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and effectively work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
    • Ability and willingness to work night shift hours, 7:15 PM to 4:00 AM, and flexibility to work other shifts and/or weekends when needed.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Experience using whistleblower or investigation tracking systems.
    • HR experience in manufacturing.
    • HR certification(s).
