    Who we’re looking for
     

    The TFS Insurance Product Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated VPP Technology Sr. Analyst.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to support the VPP Technology and Strategy department as related to system and project-related functions, supporting initiatives, and driving efficiencies for VPP sales, management, and administration processes. This Sr. Analyst is masterful at translating technology capabilities to the broader business units and the VPP strategy to our technology partners and stakeholders.  This role is imperative to enable the aggressive VPP growth goals.

    What you’ll be doing
     

    VPP Systems Administration

    • Lead configuring and updating business rules in the StoneEagle (SE) Secure Admin platform related to business processes and dealer management.
    • Assist with configuring and updating business rules in HOST (Legacy system).
    • Provide SE Secure Admin and HOST production support by researching and resolving originations-related Digital Care tickets.
    • Assist with developing and executing test scenarios in various TEST environments and ensure successful test results, coordinate with SE and IDS to move changes to PROD environment within SE Secure Admin and HOST.
    • Act as VPP technology liaison for IDS support team members to assist with resolving issues and inquiries.
    • Update SE Secure Platform configuration related to VPP product revisions, such as with changes to rates or product attributes.
    • Attend status meetings and act as VPP contact/SME. Interact with legal, compliance, sales, and other departments to ensure approval and proper implementation for product and/or systems revisions.

    Project Administration

    • Act as SME and VPP contact for projects related to VPP mFin system enhancements, including but not limited to SE Secure Platform, HOST, Private Label, RouteOne, and SGI by working closely with IDS, VPP, and Sales field team members to ensure business needs are met.
    • Provide VPP project leadership for other departmental projects that impact SE Secure Admin and HOST. Gather knowledge from other teams to provide VPP risk analysis and business decisions related to projects and TFS initiatives.
    • Assist with gathering, writing, and revising business user stories/system requirements for projects and make decisions related to aligning business needs and technology objectives for each project.
    • Manage user stories in Jira system, including user story writing, prioritization, and user story refinement.
    • Assist VPP Technology Manager with Jira backlog grooming and prioritization for HOST Factory and VPP 2.0 Factory.
       

    Process/Systems Compliance

    • Lead efforts to ensure that the HOST system and other VPP system(s) follow legal and regulatory rules, including creating/revising business rules and configuration, and completing SOPs and updates related to system requirements/ business rules.
    • Build working relationships with TFS Legal, Enterprise Compliance, and Privacy departments to assist in meeting compliance requirements.
    • Lead remediation efforts of compliance exceptions from internal audits or state/federal exams related to system processes.
       

    Process/System Improvements

    • Provide operational perspective and knowledge in the development of and modifications to VPP-related system applications.
    • Create and maintain VPP system process maps.
    • Use Kaizen and Toyota Business Practices (TBP) methodologies to develop and implement process improvements.
       

    Miscellaneous – Other

    • Create/revise/communicate training materials related to VPP technology projects.
    • Create/revise/post FSBs as requested.
    • Manage project forecast, budget, purchase orders, statements of work, and delivery schedules.
    • Special VPP projects as assigned.
       

    What you bring

    • Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) or higher, or equivalent work experience.
    • Relevant business process and process transformation experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
    • Experience creating business communication documents.
    • Proven project management skills.
    • General knowledge about business system configuration.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

    Added bonus if you have

    • SCRUM or Agile experience.
    • Agile methodology/initiative planning and launch experience.
    • Working knowledge of TFS VPP products and processes.
