ABOUT THE ROLE
Uber for Business is seeking a strategic, resourceful, and driven Sales Leader to grow our US Mid-Market team, focused on accounts with 1-5k employees. As a Manager of Mid-Market Sales, you will mentor and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while building a strong network with internal and external stakeholders to drive acquisition. The ideal person would have experience focused on leadership in the mid-market space, has a strategic mentality, is data-driven, and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set strategy, create plans, and lead a sizable team to meet and exceed targets
Directly recruit, manage, and mentor the Mid-Market Sales team responsible for acquiring new logos on the Uber for Business platform.
Responsible for establishing a customer obsessed culture that develops and operationalize sales strategy to achieve sales critical metrics
Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to close; engage and align optimally in C-level meetings with mid-market prospects, actively listen to understand business objectives and challenges, and align Uber For Business solutions to accomplish partner goals
Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to achieve sales goals on a quarterly basis, and coach Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal and Marketing teams 4-5 job responsibilities to give the candidate a picture of what it's like to be in this role day-to-day
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience directly leading a sales team
5+ years of mid-market or enterprise sales experience
Leadership experience hiring and coaching a sales teams selling into accounts with 1k-5k employees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience
Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner
