The Global Service Design (GSD) Operations Insights team has been given the charge to build standardized data reporting and insights solutions for the Global COEs through the Fount program. The Fount program tackles 2 key value propositions in CommOps: Foundational- where the goal is to establish Fount as the Global COE SSOT (single source of truth); and Transformational- where the goal is to develop Fount for Global COE use cases on Footprint and Operational Insights.
We are looking for an exceptional Program Support Specialist to join our Global Service Design- Operations Insights team to work with the program core, global, and regional COE programs and analytics & reporting teams. This individual will act as the main point of contact for and will own service support and communication in all channels for the program team. Partnering with other team members or other teams, this person will focus on not just solving support requests but also lead solutioning to reduce support intake through process optimization projects. This role will also have ownership over all repositories and documents related to the program and all other administrative tasks within the program
