We’re looking for an Advisory and Sales Head in Italy to:
• lead a team of 20+ senior investment and product specialists
• own and innovate the WM Italy products and services shelf
• manage the day to day sales agenda by identifying business opportunities in cooperation with the front
• energize and motivate your stakeholders to the achievement of common sales priorities
• run a seamless and effective sales process in partnership with the market head
• recruit, develop and retain the best talent in the industry
• closely work together with our internal (CIO, GIM, COO, IB; AM) and external stakeholders
