    Position summary

    Are you ready to work for the Second Line of Defense for a top global wealth manager and a large retail bank? Can you build relationships and influence outcomes, as well as develop and implement innovative solutions? We’re looking for someone who can

    •evaluate complex transactions within established policy guidelines using independent judgment
    •ensures compliance with company, state, federal, agency and investor regulatory guidelines
    •maintains knowledge of the Banks loan programs as well as secondary market investors’ underwriting and documentation requirements
    •collaborate with related business, legal and risk partners to maintain quality assurance & control
    •participate in the Policies and Procedures reviews to ensure effective transaction risk management
    •analyzes Procedures for more efficient and cost effective ways of handling the workflow
    •advise on deal structure recommendations and identify alternatives when necessary.
    manage day-to-day workflow staying within the recommended timelines and assist Transaction Review & Control with regular monthly file reviews
