    Position summary

    Do you have strong analytical skills? Are you adept at implementing system changes in a complex environment? Do you know how to manage and work effectively with numerous technical teams to improve the security infrastructure?

    We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
    • manage Digital rights management, Azure RMS, secure key management and other unstructured data protection services
    • manage Azure cloud-based data protection applications such as O365 DLP, RMS etc
    • act as the incident manager for the respective services managed within the support portfolio
    • analyze outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures to remediate
    • directed the technical resolution of any issues by assigning tasks to his subordinates, ensuring appropriate technical resources were engaged, and coordinating investigation efforts
    • managing the development of new processes and overseeing improvements on existing processes in order to increase overall efficiency
    • well organized with an innate sense of how to prioritize across a complex environment
    • willing to engage in on-call support on weekends and after office hours on rotation basis
