Equity Derivatives Business Manager

We’re looking for highly driven, analytical, creative problem solvers to join our Americas COO team to support part of the Americas Global Markets trading business.
• developing an in-depth understanding of the business (https://e.g. products, front to back flows, revenues, costs, personnel, strategic plan, initiatives, etc.).
• helping define the global and local strategies and drive and implement new business initiatives.
• managing the Business Management portfolio, including strategic projects, front to back controls, regulatory initiatives and analyzing and resolving business issues.
• coordinating and managing relationships with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Risks.
• independent leadership of special projects while operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• evaluating and mitigating risks through completing deep-dives and ad-hoc projects.
