Global Equity Derivative (GED) Business Manager (Americas)

We’re looking for a highly driven, analytical, and creative problem solver to lead the Americas Equity Derivatives, QIS, Corporate Derivatives and Structured Financing COO team, supporting the Trading and Structuring teams within the business.
• developing an in-depth understanding of the business (https://e.g. products, front to back flows, revenues, costs, personnel, strategic plan, initiatives, etc.).
• helping define the global and local strategies and drive and implement new business initiatives.
• managing the Business Management portfolio, including strategic projects, front to back controls, regulatory initiatives and analyzing and resolving business issues.
• coordinating and managing relationships with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Risks.
• independent leadership of special projects while operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• evaluating and mitigating risks through completing deep-dives and ad-hoc projects.
