Specific short-term and long-term objectives:
• get sightline into all AI Hub queues and statuses
• deliver and govern our Single Service Channel (shared inbox; click4service; phone; PeopleSoft cases)
• review and sign off on all Trails proactive comms and form an opinion on additional opportunities to communicate to the field proactively
• partner with Core Processing Lead to identify Right First Time opportunities and construct issue tracker and prioritization
• construct and govern Fund Behavioral Tracker
• contribute to weekly business agenda with an eye towards chairing call in 2024
