We are looking for a Product Specialist Team Lead to support product sales and marketing and AUM growth. Your primarily responsibility is to deliver superior client servicing experience via marketing event, one-on-one client engagement and inputs to contents made available through our digital channels. You will be associated with key business objectives such as client servicing, invested clients, sales conversion, AUM growth.
Key responsibilities:
Drive sales and marketing of mutual products online and offline
Handle product and market related queries from existing and prospective clients (both remote and face-to-face channels)
Be responsible to speaking at and hosting marketing events to drive business growth, mainly focusing client conversion and fund investment
Provide market update and product training to client servicing and marketing teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create/refine sales pitch and marketing materials, offering, product / investment contents and services to improve client experience and conversion
