Position summary

We're looking for an operations manager to:
• be a liaison to the Market area they support and the centralized operations Processing Center
• manage operational support staff
• educate all employees on operational policies and procedures
• oversee account opening and maintenance, funds received and disbursed, correspondence and communications with the public, and trade correction
• monitor client accounts and transactions
• perform delegated supervisory functions, approvals and authorization for the Market
