We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to:
• Provide exceptional service through an omni-channel environment to make it easier for our clients and advisors to do business.
• Communicate effectively to educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Diagnose problems through active listening and effective questions and own to resolution.
We have a flexible working schedule that supports our callers 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We care about our employees and provide continuous support through extensive training and 1-1 coaching’s with your Team Leader.
