Then we're looking for someone like you to join the ‘Working at UBS’ crew.
In your advisory role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across HR to provide guidance and support to ensure application compliance.
Key activities will include:
• Define and operationalize the HR Application Advisory framework to manage and maintain the HR application estate, including:
• Provide upfront guidance to HR stakeholders on any potential new application onboarding
• Evaluate and advise on the strategic fit of an application with HR’s applications landscape and strategy
• Support and advise the business on correct registration and onboarding of new apps (and vendor products) to the relevant internal IT inventories
• Support on application data maintenance and offboarding topics
• Collaborate closely with our HR and CDIO CoEs to provide oversight and transparency on the health of HR’s application landscape and proactively escalate issues and risks (e.g., non-compliance, affirmation delays and impact, etc.)
• Monitor changes to IT inventories and evaluate their impact and required next steps, advise, and clearly communicate these to the business.
• Support and advise on ad-hoc tasks for applications
