Are you a strong and convincing communicator? Are you well organised and comfortable in a continuously changing environment? We're looking for someone like this to help us:
• manage and deliver the ‘business as usual’ aspects of the end-to-end delivery of our Compensation Plans, i.e., from plan design through to payment
• prepare materials for senior management meetings, including our Compensation Plans Committee
• support the year-end reward process from a Compensation Plans perspective, working in partnership with other teams across Reward and HR
• act as an advisor supporting regional, divisional, and regulatory reward teams on all things to do with Compensation Plans
• manage smaller to mid-sized projects within the team
