    Position summary

    Are you skilled in business analysis that enables change and enhancements? Do you have the drive to innovate and a knack for technology?

    • assess front-to-back business processes with a view to optimizing and creating transformational opportunities
    • ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting benefits
    • work with key stakeholders such as Credit Officers, Credit Monitoring, Risk Reporting, IT partners and
      our business sponsors to advance and create high-quality credit monitoring processes and solutions
    • embed an agile, client-centric culture where techniques such as prototyping are used to ensure we are creating solutions that meet or exceed expectations
    • transform our organization using Agile and Lean methods of working to remain a best-in-class function
