Vi piacerebbe lavorare in un team dinamico e, a seconda della situazione, a volte da casa? Questa allora è la posizione che fa per voi. Siamo alla ricerca di consulenti alla clientela per l'elaborazione telefonica e/o scritta di casi di successione.

    Come persona di contatto per le diverse richieste degli eredi, questi sono i vostri compiti principali:
    • gestione olistica dei casi di successione dal contatto iniziale al completamento
    • comunicazione empatica in diversi contesti
    • consulenza competente su varie questioni bancarie con particolare attenzione al processo successorio
    • utilizzo mirato delle vostre competenze di prodotto, bancarie e linguistiche
    • possibilità di plasmare lo sviluppo di un nuovo team, comprese le ottimizzazioni dei processi
