    Position summary

    WM China COO is responsible for the overall execution of business strategy and operating platform for WM domestic business in China. This includes leading and driving of strategic projects, management of operating activities and growth initiatives. You will work very closely with WM China COO and business and function leads in WM China on strategic and growth agenda.

    The key responsibilities will include:

    • Lead strategically important projects in WM China, drive and collaborate with WM China entities to achieve business goals. These activities include analyzing and designing business activities, driving discussions across business teams and working with IT to implement key projects.

    • Lead and implement UBS global / regional initiatives and apply in WM China.

    • Work with middle and back office functions across onshore and offshore business entities and business units to facilitate the operation and growth of WM China domestic business
