    Position summary

    Are you an expert in international wealth and succession planning? Do you have a solid track record in private client trusts and cross border trust and corporate solutions? Can you drive the offering, development and maintenance of such solutions for international HNWI/UHNWI clients?

    We’re looking for a trust product and transaction specialist to:

    • partner with in-house wealth planners, control functions and external counsel to provide comprehensive support on standard and non-standard trust related transactions
    • act as a subject matter expert in conjunction with control functions and external counsel for legal and tax matters related to our in-house trust offering
    • regularly review and update the country specific offerings and maintain the policy and process framework for the fiduciary business of UBS
    • undertake trust product development and enhancement and new trust product approvals
    • monitor legal, regulatory and tax developments in relation to private client trusts and companies
    •. perform reviews and suitability checks with regard to the existing book of business based on industry developments and input from counsel and takes steps if required
    • conduct trainings on the offering for UBS Client Advisors, Wealth Planners and UBS Trustee Company employees
