BENEFITS PRIME LAUNCH SYSTEM CONSULTANT SPECIALIST

The BP System Consultant Specialist will work closely with primary system consultants to implement UKG's enhanced Benefit Administration software solution (Benefits Prime) according to customer requirements.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in client turnover meeting with sales team
• Partner and align project milestones within entire activation program
• Follow the standard activation methodology
• Complete assigned project tasks as outlined in Client Implementation Plan, including thorough analysis, configuration and testing of the UltiPro Benefits Prime module
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status, T&E, and project hours to the Work Report System
• Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKGPro
• Validate Data Conversion
• Participate in parallel cycles
• Participate in Client Turnover to Support
• Provide input on methodology and process improvements
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects

Required Qualifications:

• Experience handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner
• Examples of leadership and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to independently manage the day to day priorities and workload

Experience, Education, Certification, License, and Training

• Knowledge of Health & Welfare benefit plans a plus
• Experience installing and implementing Health & Welfare benefits administration and/or HRIS & Payroll software systems preferred
• An associate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, business, or related field or at least two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CEBS, GBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and/or CPP a plus
• Proficient in MS Office

Physical Requirements:

• No unique physical demands for this position

Travel Requirements:

• 10-20%
• Minimum travel: 2 times a year
• Maximum travel: 8 times a year
