BENEFITS PRIME SYSTEM CONSULTANT LAUNCH

UKG is currently seeking a customer-focused, energetic, engaging, and experienced individual to join our Benefits, Prime team, as a Benefits Prime System Consultant. The Benefits Prime System Consultant will implement UKG's enhanced Benefit Administration software solution (Benefits Prime) according to customer requirements. As a consultant for UKG, you will be called on to perform various roles during the course of an implementation. UKGPro Benefits Prime projects will warrant you to provide project management expertise, product knowledge, Health & Welfare industry knowledge, data mapping, testing, analytical and design skills.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Provide activation and consulting services both as an individual and as a team member
• Participate in client turnover meeting with sales team
• Partner and align project milestones within entire activation program
• Provide Product and Subject Matter expertise to client
• Follow the standard activation methodology
• Lead Client Kick-Off meeting as directed
• Complete assigned project tasks as outlined in Client Implementation Plan, including thorough analysis, configuration and testing of the UltiPro Benefits Prime module
• Effectively implement change control and escalate major scope changes to the client
• Create and Maintain Scope Document and Project Plan
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status, T&E and project hours to the Work Report System
• Create data mapping from source system(s) to UltiPro
• Validate Data Conversion
• Participate in program testing, understanding where your area of expertise fits in.
• Participate in Client Turnover to Support
• Provide input on methodology and process
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Health & Welfare benefit plans
• Human Resource and Payroll experience (CPP/SPHR) a plus
• Experience handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to independently manage day to day priorities and workload

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training

• Minimum 5 years experience installing and implementing Health & Welfare benefits administration and/or HRIS & Payroll software systems
• Possesses database, core applications, and web technology knowledge
• An associate degree in business, accounting, or related field or at least two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in an outsourcing organization
• CEBS, GBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and/or CPP preferred
• Desire to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• 10-20%
