Bilingual Senior UX/Interaction Designer - Cloud Software, UKG Dimensions

Please know that this position is 100% from home till at least end June 2021 due to Covid**. French/English bilingual candidates from the Montreal region will be highly preferred. Around June/July our new Montreal office will be located close to "March Central" in Montreal (Sauv/Crmazie metro - 555 Chabanel West)

Our new teammate Interaction Designer UX will join the UX team in Montreal and will be at the heart of UKG' largest Cloud software suite: UKG Dimensions. UKG designs software solutions for management and workforce optimization for the largest companies in the world.

Are you someone who brings new ideas and want to help our business customers and their employees to have a better work experience? You design Cloud / SaaS products using the Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Sketch

A typical day:

Translate strategy, business requirements and usability best practices into high-quality, customer-centric designs that support and reinforce UKG's product vision, and business objectives

Understand customer needs and work with the UX team to design human/computer interfaces, that are powerful and yet ease to use

Organize diverse business requirements and architect the flow of information into an intuitive, coherent, easy-to-navigate application

Document user interface designs and user interactions with process flows, storyboards, wireframes, and screen specifications

Identify opportunities to improve the usability of customer interactions

Work well in multi-disciplinary groups including technical, business, and customer experience perspectives

Work with other designers and programmers to achieve strong interaction and technological solutions without sacrificing usability.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience in design agencies or enterprise SW
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, with a focus in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors or Software Ergonomics and / or equivalent
Bilingual french/english
