Description
The Business Development Representative is a crucial role in UKG Sales and Marketing function and offers a great opportunity to learn Sales and Marketing process in an established high-tech global SaaS company and is a fantastic career-building step into a high performing and lucrative Tech-Sales career.
Your primary responsibility will be to help create, nurture and maintain customer relationships working collaboratively with our SMB and Enterprise teams across the Australia and South-East Asia regions.
This role will sit within a dynamic and motivated team of Junior Sales professionals and is based in our head office in Macquarie Park, Sydney. This role offers flexible working arrangements with a number of days in office and from home.
Your Responsibilities:
Research and compile information on new potential clients.
Appointment setting via phone, email, enquiries, marketing campaigns and trade shows.
Nurture customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
Assist in preparation of messages, presentations, references and business case analysis.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing executives gaining valuable experience.
Qualifications
Creative thinking, discipline and motivation.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and succeed.
Working experience in a Sales, Business Development or Customer facing environment.
Relevant technical and administrative skills gained through work or study.
Degree level qualifications or equivalent working experience.
