Business Operations Analyst

Description

Local liaison on Account Governance, Territory Management and Sales Analytics support for EMEA team
o Work with Sales leadership during the busy year-end territory design period
o Conduct QBR calls with EMEA Sales managers and directors
o Manual account creation for EMEA to support order booking and lead routing processes
Support the following processes by mentoring interns:
1. Manual Account Add process for LATAM, APAC and EMEA
2. Account cleanup for GAM accounts
3. Account cleanup for other International accounts
4. Account mapping cleanup for People Doc accounts (merger related)
5. Merger related activity including:
a. Cleanup of unmapped Prospect Target accounts
b. Cleanup work from 'Account Structure' workstream as we consolidate to single instance of Salesforce
