Description
The Extended Partner Program (EPP) is a UKG sponsored program that seeks to support the growth of our Partner delivery practices in alignment with UKG capacity forecasts. The UKG EPP Program Manager drives operational excellence in the Professional Services (PS) Partner Delivery Program. The role collaboratesdirectly withexternal Professional Services Partner Program Director (PPD) andGlobal provides oversightonareas related to Partner lifecycle: Engagement, onboarding, staffing,compliance and performance management.Responsible for ensuringexternal Partner Program Director isdriving performance of Partner resourcestomeet or exceed UKG standards for the assigned role: Professionalconsultation, customer satisfaction and a quality solution deployment. This is a remote based position
Responsibilities
Drives strategy and operational excellence and contributes to major initiatives within the Extended Partner Program
Facilitates internal and external communication specific to EPP goals, objectives, and performance standards.
Establishes strategy plan and implements the short- and long-term operational objectives
Participates in identifying, developing, documenting and executing on areas of improvement for standard operating model(s) of the Extended Partner Program.
Collaborates as the main point of contact and guides the External Partner Program Director to ensure resource administration and compliance through engagement, onboarding, staffing & skills management
Responsible for ensuring Partner resources, in collaboration with External Partner Program Director, are performing to meet or exceed UKG standards for the assigned role: Professional consultation, customer satisfaction and quality solution. Engages Delivery Teams, Services Leadership and/or Resource Management for additional feedback as necessary.
Collaborates with internal UKG Professional Services Leadership to mitigate project risks related to partner staffed roles or projects.
Leverages technology and systems for process efficiency and operational excellence. Defines and communicates operational standards for partner resources.Work with stakeholders to identify, measure and tracks key performance indicators
Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide feedback to the training organization around training effectiveness and identify areas of improvement and gaps.
Contributes to the EPP capacity and budget planning.
Facilitates operational and executive level Quarterly Business Reviews focused on program alignment, operational compliance, resource development needs, and partner growth opportunities.
Supports communication and marketing of program enhancements, changes, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
2-4 years in a professional services operations or software delivery/implementation leadership and/or program manager role
3-5 years in leading strategic initiatives to successful execution
Experience driving large and complex initiatives from end to end: framing the problem, conducting research/analysis, building business and operational plans, driving execution to success
Experience developing process documentation and communication of process changes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute on multiple, critical projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams to achieve project/program goals.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Business Administration, Operations, Technology, or equivalent experience
Certifications in Program or Project Management (desired)
