JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

The Junior Project Manager is a part of the PeopleDoc Post Go-Live team based in NYC. The Junior PM will be in charge of the implementation of all the evolutions a customer needs on an already live platform. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the implementation of HR or related SaaS dedicated IT solutions. He or she will also have good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (1 to 3 months on average). Experience using or implementing SaaS, in-house systems or document management systems is an advantage.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project life-cycle
• Deliver high-level customer service
• Lead workshops to collect client specifications and review technical requirements
• Configure the application based off of client specifications
• Collaborate and coordinate with the US and Paris Operations teams (Integrations, Implementation, Customer Success, Product Teams)
• Measure project success and identify improvements needed
• Stay abreast of new features and products released
• Contribute and create documentation to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

• Ability to translate technical terminology in layman's terms

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management
• Experience in SaaS implementation or support

Travel Requirements:

• Limited travel upon request, less than 10%
