    Position Overview:
    The Senior Revenue Accounting Specialist plays an integral role within the Billing Operations team, overseeing the day-to-day management and execution of subscription and usage-based billing processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, advanced operational knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue accounting and billing operations and demonstrate the ability to lead process improvements while collaborating effectively across teams.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Daily Operations: Execute day-to-day subscription and usage billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing processes.
    • Data Analysis: Perform regular analysis of billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Process Management: Maintain and enhance billing systems and processes to support efficient and accurate billing operations.
    • Customer Support: Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other Billing Operations team members, as well as other departments, to ensure seamless billing operations and continuous process enhancements.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies and procedures, maintaining detailed records and documentation.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue accounting or billing operations, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based company.
    • Proficiency in billing and revenue recognition software and systems.
    • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft D365 is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
