    About the Team

    The Global Partners & Ecosystems OEM Team is at the forefront of innovation and strategic growth within UKG's partner ecosystem. This team manages both new and existing product launches, integrations, and implementation initiatives. We're seeking a self-motivated, strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to turn ideas into action.

    About the Role

    As a Lead Strategic Alliance Manager, you'll drive high-impact partnerships and product integrations that generate significant revenue. You'll lead in-flight initiatives, navigate internal dynamics, and bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to every project.

    You will work cross-functionally with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to execute UKG's partnership and integration strategy. This includes setting global go-to-market plans, managing partner relationships, and serving as an internal advocate. You'll define partnership requirements, analyze performance, identify new opportunities, and coordinate joint sales efforts. Staying current on trends in Workforce Management (WFM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and embedded finance will be key to evolving our strategy.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead execution of in-flight strategic initiatives, especially in embedded financial services and monetizable partner integrations.

    • Manage foundational projects with hands-on coordination and follow-through.

    • Drive partner negotiations and support onboarding and monetization strategies.

    • Collaborate across teams to bring partner solutions to market and ensure strategic alignment.

    • Analyze business cases using market data, segmentation, and revenue modeling.

    • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key partners, resolving issues and advocating internally.

    • Monitor industry trends to inform and refine partnership strategy.

    • Maintaining direct and active relationships with existing partners, including proactively

    resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues and serving as an internal

    advocate.

    • Defining partnership requirements, producing qualitative and quantitative analysis of

    program performance, aggregating feedback, and exploring new strategic

    opportunities.

    • Coordinating joint sales activities and driving new business opportunities with key

    partners.

    • Working closely with customers and partners to set up and activate products and

    • Keeping up to date on global industry news and Workforce Management/Human

    Capital Management trends to drive strategy.

    What We're Looking For

    • A self-starter who takes the initiative and drives progress independently.

    • Someone who understands the industry and can quickly navigate internal structures.

    • A strategic thinker with strong execution skills.

    • Strong analytical abilities to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Experience in partner negotiations, particularly in fintech, HCM, or embedded services.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner management, supporting a partner network and driving strategic initiatives.

    • Minimum of 2 years working in HCM, WFM, or financial services ecosystems.

    • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects involving product, sales, marketing, legal, and technology teams.

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze program performance using both qualitative and quantitative data.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Experience influencing global product and go-to-market strategy.

    • Strong background in managing relationships with Carrier, Broker, and Health & Wellbeing (H&W) partners.

    • Ability to define partnership requirements, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities.

    • Experience coordinating joint sales activities and driving new business opportunities with key partners.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    The pay range for this position is $88,700.00 to $127,500.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
