    Position summary

    pipeline development to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process that aligns with business needs and company culture.

    As a trusted talent advisor, you will help shape hiring strategies in a highly competitive market, leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to guide decisions. You will also champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our organization's values and commitment to excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle - source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the offer and hiring process for roles across multiple business functions.

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand team objectives, define role requirements, and craft effective job descriptions.

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates using creative sourcing methods including online platforms, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

    • Act as a talent advisor by providing data-driven insights, market trends, and compensation benchmarking to influence hiring decisions.

    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning.

    • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a positive impression of our company at every stage.

    • Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning, wider-hiring initiatives, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

    • Represent the company at networking events, college fairs, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and attract top talent.

    • Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvement on an EMEA and Global level

    • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decisions.

    Experience

    • Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience hiring across a range of functions - particularly Software Engineering, Product and Technical roles

    • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social networks to identify and engage top talent.

    • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

    • In-depth knowledge of competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment techniques.

    • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive candidate and organizational information.

    • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple searches in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and market competitiveness.

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Demonstrated experience providing consultative advice to influence hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement in recruiting practices.
