Marketing Operations Analyst

Description

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a Marketing Operations/Data Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. This team is responsible for providing advanced data analysis and reporting to the global marketing organization at UKG, and this individual will work with their team members to translate complex business requirements and reporting methodologies into tangible analytics deliverables.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Qualifications:
5+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in marketing or sales
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL and Salesforce
Strong understanding of how data is collected and governed in an enterprise organization and the ability to identify/diagnose issues with data quality and recommend corrective measures
Comfort working in a collaborative team environment on a mix of projects with a variety of mid- to senior-level stakeholders
Eagerness and ability to learn new skills as our team's goals and priorities evolve over time

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Some experience with Eloqua, Tableau and Alteryx (or similar tools/platforms)
Understanding of marketing industry best practices for processes and reporting
Experience with Python or R
