We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Presales Solution Consultant Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of talented solution consultants and play a crucial role in driving our presales efforts. As a Presales Solution Consultant Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and technical teams to ensure the team delivers compelling and tailored solutions that address our prospects unique needs.
Manage and lead a team of presales solution consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership.
Develop and implement strategies to effectively showcase our products and solutions to potential clients during the presales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand requirements, business objectives, and pain points, and translate them into impactful solution demonstrations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to enhance the presales strategy.
Work closely with the enablement teams to gather insights, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
Foster strong relationships with sales leaders, partners, and stakeholders to drive successful presales engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales implementation.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of presales strategies.
5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of HCM specific technology, products, or solutions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or other related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully leading presales efforts and managing a high-performing team.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a sales-centric mindset.
