    About Us:

    In the role of Product Marketing Manager, this individual will be creative, strategic, and inspiring as they lead a team of high performing product marketers. This role will focus on building and executing the product marketing strategy for UKG's leading HCM solution, UKG Pro. The role will include the development of marketing materials, programs, and product marketing initiatives relative to our UKG Pro and enterprise solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will understand our global HCM and WFM markets and will be responsible for collaborating with individuals throughout UKG to drive strategy, craft compelling messaging, and launch new products to market.

    About You:

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of high performing product marketers, developing product marketing strategies and executing against plans
    • Align closely with Product Management, understanding product innovation and leading roadmap delivery and amplification
    • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels and geographies that communicate our strengths, differentiators, and business value
    • Collaborate with individuals and teams throughout the company, including Sales, Presales, Services, Marketing and Product teams
    • Launch successful new products to market (NPIs), leading all activity including marketing content, pipeline acceleration, internal enablement, customer education and communication
    • Guide customer adoption strategies across UKG Pro products, driving portfolio expansion and adoption metrics within the customer base
    • Research and analyze HCM & WFM market trends to improve global positioning and messaging

    Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years prior product or product marketing experience
    • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and managing strategic projects at an exceptional level
    • Prior experience in the HR/payroll/WFM or technology industry
    • Strong strategic planning and product launch experience
    • Effective leadership and presentation skills
    • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact well with cross-functional teams
    • Enthusiastic, innovative, and creative spirit
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage competing projects with tight deadlines
    • Ability to think strategically and synthesize information

    The pay range for this position is $126,300 to $181,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
