About the Team:
The Opportunity Review Team (OR) is a team of analysts that provide a service to Sales and Presales Consultants. Sales goes to the OR to receive information on accounts, industries and specific executives that they are targeting in their sales cycles. Presales consultants come to the OR team for support with quantitative analysis of data collected as part of special assignments like Business Assessments. The OR produces mostly internal documents for use by other UKG people. In addition, the OR team produces special projects for many teams at UKG. These special projects can consist of presentations, specialized research, excel work, and more.

About the Role:
In this Opportunity Review internship, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct in-depth research on current/potential customer organizations in both private and public sectors. This research provides sales and presales with extensive profiles on their top customers and potential customers to make meetings more impactful.

• Collaborate with other interns to work on projects

• Be able to present about what you have been working on and things that you have learned

• Assist with special projects that benefit many teams within UKG.

Basic Qualifications:

• College Student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree

• Pursing a degree in Business or related field

• Ability to work 15-20 hours part time weekly throughout the year - Remotely

• Fully versed in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• High quality writing and chart building abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Good Time Management skills

• Flexibility

• Self-Motivated
