About the Role:
In this Principal IT Software Engineering position, you will oversee the architecture, design, and execution of our Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and an optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Oversight: Define and architect high-level solution designs tailored to business needs, ensuring scalability and resilience.
2. Technical Leadership: Direct the technical development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and internal audit teams to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment on requirements and expectations.
4. Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of developers, promoting best practices and ensuring consistent quality across projects.
5. Code Integrity: Oversee code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and optimal performance.
6. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex system issues, ensuring the resilience and security of solutions.
7. Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on expertise in X++, C#, and other relevant technologies.
8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Microsoft Dynamics updates, enhancements, and new features, ensuring our solutions leverage the latest capabilities.
9. Security and Compliance: Design and implement robust security protocols, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
10. Scalability and Resilience: Collaborate with the infrastructure team to guarantee solutions are scalable and resilient, meeting the needs of our growing business.
11. Training: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing platforms for continuous team learning.
12. Audit & Compliance: Work closely with internal audit teams to facilitate periodic reviews, ensuring our solutions meet or exceed compliance standards.
    Work Schedule:
    • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST
    • May be asked for Shift Rotation 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST at certain times.
    • Hybrid Work Model: Mon-Wed in-office Noida, Thurs-Fri remote.

Qualifications

About You:
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of dedicated experience in developing, customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX for Finance and Operations development.
• 3+ years in a leadership or senior developer role.
• Advanced skills in X++, C#, SQL, Azure DevOps, and other Dynamics-related tools.
• Comfortable with Visual Studio Team Services, source control and fully capable of using LCS for deployments and configurations.
• Experience with implementing and executing unit tests.
• Experience with DMF (Data Management Framework), Integrations and business events in D365 F&O.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations implementations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in architectural designs, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Strong coding, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a variety of cross-group stakeholders.
• Strong organization skills, a bias for action, and ability to deliver results.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, ramp quickly, and meet demanding deadlines.
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity.
• Ability to both work independently and coordinate across geographies.
Preferred:
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Knowledge in Power platform capabilities with D365 F&O.
• Experience in ERP implementation and migration projects.
• Knowledge in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and test-driven development.
