Product Management Business Analyst IV (AI)

Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for work with the data science and development team and collaborate with the Product Managers for translating the customer requirements to detailed stories and manage the agile board. The individual would also be involved in defining the work thattheengineering team will deliver and providingdaily support for their flawless execution.You will work with customers to determine and enhance business processes and workflow. You will influence the AI projects and outcomes. You can be involved in many aspects of an AI product development.

Qualifications

Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:

Business Process:

Document business cases and requirements

Works with product managers to define and documentproduct requirementsanduse casesintodetailedepics anduser stories in Aha, JIRA, and other document management tools

Requirements gathering and definition. Create & documenting detailed requirements, use cases, use stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering to consume and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Work with Product Managers and engineering teams to define the high-level implementation and delivery plan

Provide ongoing production support to the business community regarding application functionality and data integrity.

Document the critical process &/or system functionality changes to the business users.

as part of the regular support & maintenance activities.

Manage requirement backlogs (& priorities) and long-term commitments to deliver an AI platform over its entire life cycle.

Agile development:

Utilizing a variety of agile practices and methodologies, (including: JIRA, Kanban, etc) to handle/manage work and incorporating specifically Lean Product practices.

Collaborateswith engineering teams to ensure theyunderstand the priority of work andhave the information needed during sprints and grooming sessions

Data analysis:

Understand and analyze the data requirements, data models, cleansing data to be used for AI models.

Help determine the data needed for predictive analysis and other AI functions, recommend an approach to cleansing the raw data and the creation of labeled data

Cross team communication:

Be an AI translator to facilitate communications between the data scientist and the business stakeholders.

Work with the development teams on design, build, test & deployment of ML models, bug fixes & project deliveries.

Collaborate closely with other multi-functional IT teams to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities.

Technical and solutioning:

Demonstrate good technical acumen of Analytics, AI, ML tools, technologies, libraries and good product knowledge.

Develop technical solutions to business problems; validate and communicate technical solutions to internal and external team members, test solutions and ensure it meets specifications.

Develop proof of concept (POC) models as needed.

Developed test cases and run/facilitate the UAT sessions with business users.

Root cause analysis and problem solving

Requirements:

8+ of years of experience with BA role in delivering Analytics based web solutions

8+ years with Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Kanban, Aha.

4+ years of experience with delivering AI solutions (Will be preferred)

5+ years of work experience with global teams in multiple time zones

Data Analysis, Project Management, Communicating and Influencing Collaboration.

Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensure others are informed.

Ability to prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner.

Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly matrixed organization requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities

Technical knowledgeand experience:

Hands on experience with data bases SQL, NOSQL, Google BigQuery , MongoDB.

Familiarity with ML libraries and tools like Pyton, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Tensorflow, Notebooks,

Experience with public cloud infrastructures like Google GCP or Azure or AWS

Experience with Agile process, methodologies, tools JIRA, Aha (or similar tools) applications

Hands on experience with Analytics solutions involving, ML models life cycle, BI Reporting and dashboarding tools

Special experience:

HR domain products and solutions.
