PROGRAM MANAGER- COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE- PD

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Create effective working relationships with internal and external partners, measured through observation, metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate and drive change in a client's organization by facilitating the identification and implementation process improvements.
• Provide visibility, reporting and key metrics around key initiatives and deliverables
• Analytical, problem solving, decision making, and prioritization and risk mitigation skills are second nature
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
• Lead one or many complex, business process improvement projects.
• Clearly communicate across stakeholders for change activities
• Set and manage expectations with diverse groups of cross-functional stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions and lead effective meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Monitor and report on initiative progress to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of previous experience in program management, project mgmt. process management or a combination of the three.
• 5-7 years of utilizing process improvement, Six Sigma and/or Lean concept methodologies to create and maintain gatekeeper solutions for product changes
• Experience in, tracking and supporting system changes to facilitate organizational agreement, awareness and communication, escalating as needed to assist the team in ensuring product stability
• Workflow process documentation experience
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results and problem solve
• Ability to effectively and concisely communicate status to leadership
• Recommend improvements to people, process, and technologies
• Visio, Lucid Chart or other process definition tool experience
• Understanding of software development life cycle model
• Technical Acumen
