Senior Human Resources Business Partner- Engineering

An exciting opportunity to join a high-performance HR team. The Senior HR Manager will serve as the senior advisor/business partner for senior level leaders in engineering, technology and support. This role will provide a broad range of HR Business Partner services including organizational optimization, leadership coaching and development, talent management, change management and workforce strategy. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with the corporate functional HR centers of excellence to broker services to meet the needs of the organization to achieve amazing business results. The selected individual must be able to lead cultural change, challenge the status-quo and develop creative solutions to global business challenges.

Responsibilities:
Represent the global HR function in providing full-service HR business partner/consulting support to engineering, technology and support clients.
Partner, advise, and influence management team, through VP-level, on all aspects of people management and leadership. Cultivate strong working relationships with client leadership team and employees
Execute and support integrated talent management programs that directly tie to the business strategy and build alignment with departments and business leaders.
Provide coaching to managers to enhance leadership abilities, relationships among teams/individuals, interpersonal communications, and performance management
Gains deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, organization structure, roles/responsibilities to fully understand business and industry dynamics
Identify the talent gaps and development needs of the client group, its managers, key individuals, and people in key positions and implement solutions.
Continue to build exceptional HR business partnering capabilities that contribute to company performance and ensures that UKG continues to be a place where great people work

Qualifications

Required
Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in a senior HRBP and/or leadership role, with a broad depth of experience in organizational design, management coaching, team building, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR program implementation
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, OD or related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to connect with people and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Must understand organizational design and development and how to optimize organizational structures. Must understand organizational design and development and how to optimize organizational structures
Ability to listen effectively, to select and use appropriate communication methods and to effectively present ideas and information.
Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change

Preferred
Software engineering industry experience strongly preferred
Experience working in a global organization
Experience in people analytics is a plus
