Senior Video Producer

Description

The Creative + Brand team at UKG is looking for a Senior Video Producer to join a robust group of creative thinkers at our growing company, ranked as one of the Best Places to Work by The Boston Globe and Fortune. You will play a significant role in growing video/animation production capabilities at UKG by working closely with internal production teams and external vendors to produce content for web, social, events, and many other mediums. This position requires innovative thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to own and communicate production decisions/direction from creative team members and business partners.

The Senior Video Producer will collaborate with creative team members to brainstorm, concept, and execute projects from pre-production through post-production. You will be responsible for creating production budgets/schedules, sourcing vendors, and managing work flows for in-house and external production teams. This position plays a critical role in upholding the highest level of quality for every piece of content produced with the UKG name on it. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude is a must.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Collaborate with creative teams to define production deliverables
Be a key contributor in creative brainstorms and concepting
Create and own production budgets and schedules
Oversee projects with internal editors/shooters
Source external production vendors
Act as the agency producer on shoots
Line produce shoots when necessary
Review estimates, SOWs, and agreements from external vendors
Work with UKG legal on financial and licensing matters (talent, music, location, etc.)
Implement and maintain best practices for video/animation process and workflow

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree
4-6 years of post-producer, agency producer, or line-producer experience, agency experience preferred
Strong knowledge of post-production process and workflow
Experience communicating and working with external vendors (production companies, post shops, GFX artists, music houses, etc.)
Knowledge of production equipment and the latest technology
Understanding of video/animation file formats and delivery specs
Nice to have: Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder)
Experience with Office 365 tools: Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A portfolio link or samples of work must be provided for consideration
