Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend/frontend systems.

Own features end-to-end: design → development → testing → deployment → monitoring.

Write high-quality, testable code with strong emphasis on automation and quality engineering.

Implement CI/CD pipelines, ensure reliable deployments, and production observability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, AI teams).

Apply AI tools and techniques (e.g., copilots, ML APIs, automation) to improve productivity and product features.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Python, Go, or similar.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (unit, integration, E2E).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Working knowledge of containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to AI-assisted development or integrating AI APIs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in full-stack development.

Understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Exposure to ML/AI concepts or tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI SDKs).

Expectations from the Role
