Solution Consultant

Description

An opportunity to implement our newly reimagined workforce management solution in customer environments. Your client management and interpersonal skills will enable you to utilise defined implementation Methodology to meet milestones and completion dates, whilst working closely with other teams to complete upgrades, change orders or ad hoc engagements. This is a remote based position

Lead and actively participate in Client Configuration design, build, test and deployment activities
Work closely with other resources on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success
Solution presenting
Drive all client system requirements and collaborate with client and resources for project related decisions
Utilise technical ability to prioritise issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
Analyse customer configurations and resolve or work around set up issues
Provide significant transfer of product knowledge to our customers
