    As a Solution Consultant for UKG, you will be responsible for delivering high quality Development and System/Application Consulting Services to our customers, striving to identify system and process improvements to enrich the service experience for clients and internal teams. This position focuses mainly on the various adjustment projects that are assigned to the Core Post-Live team. We seek an expert in tax adjustments, which also requires high proficiency in Pro payroll, Tax, SQL, etc. Certain projects will warrant you to provide strategic expertise, while others will require specific product knowledge, data mapping, testing, analytical skills. Candidates will possess an advanced working knowledge of payroll and human resource concepts, tax regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Assist customers with various consulting projects ranging from low to high complexity with primary focus on Tax Adjustment Projects
    • Utilize system application and consulting experience to guide internal and external customers to the best possible end solution
    • Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and customer support of live payroll processing
    • Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items
    • Meet project task milestone and due dates
    • Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes
    • Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results

    Basic Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of UltiPro/UKG Pro or other HCM software experience
    • 3+ years of experience of prior tax knowledge and experience
    • Understanding of tax adjustments
    • Experience with SQL query and Transactional SQL

    Preferred Qualifications:

    •Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions
    • Configuration, testing, & data mapping experience
    • Strong time management and organizational skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
    • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
    • General Business Acumen

    The pay range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
