    Position summary

    a high-performing operations team focused on delivering exceptional services in managed payroll, garnishments, benefits administration, tax filing, and time/WFM to a global customer base. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all service lines. As a key member of the India leadership team, you will collaborate across regions and functions to shape strategy, optimize delivery frameworks, and ensure seamless service execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive managed services strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on payroll, garnishments, benefits, tax filing, and time/WFM.

    • Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of managed services, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs across all domains.

    • Team Management & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team with specialized roles in payroll processing, garnishment handling, benefits administration, tax compliance, and time/WFM support.

    • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through automation, workflow enhancements, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all services adhere to global and regional compliance standards, including labor laws, data privacy regulations, and tax filing requirements.

    • Customer Advocacy: Act as a champion for customer needs, translating feedback into actionable service enhancements and process improvements.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure integrated service delivery and support for product adoption and retention.

    • Global Operations Oversight: Manage operations across India and APAC time zones, ensuring 24/7 coverage and continuity for a global customer base.

    • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party service providers supporting payroll, benefits, and tax filing, ensuring performance and compliance.

    • Reporting & Analytics: Establish robust reporting frameworks to monitor service performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    • 15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles within managed services operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.

    • Proven experience in scaling and leading teams delivering payroll, garnishments, benefits, tax filing, and time/WFM services.

    • Strong understanding of compliance requirements across North America, EMEA, and APAC, especially in payroll and tax operations.

    • Experience managing both internal teams and third-party vendors, including contract and performance oversight.

    • Familiarity with UKG HCM and WFM products is a strong plus.

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    • High cultural awareness and competence, with experience working across global regions.

    • Based in Pune, with flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally.
