The Workforce Management Business Development Manager is responsible for driving high-impact initiatives for the sales organization.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to successfully quarterback a deal through the entire sales lifecycle by building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Partnering with Season Application Consultant team to assist with proposals, RFPs, and demos
- Expert technical sales support and Solid Sales Operations and Legal staff focused on helping process and close contract quickly
- Award-winning HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions consistently outperforming the competition
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
- Software-as-a-Service solution for the growing number of companies relying upon SaaS benefits
- Award-winning implementation and Customer Support teams dedicated to bringing customers live in industry record timeframes
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- On-going pipeline development (pipeline should always be 3X annual quota)
- Consistently keep Salesforce.com updated with accurate account/prospect status and other pertinent information
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their technical needs
Requirements
- Proven sales success selling Workforce Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) to complex organizations
- Demonstrated knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS Industry
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of strategic sales process
- Present WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within a defined territory. Identify sales opportunities aligned with prospect's needs
Preferred Qualities:
- Superior negotiation, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years sales success selling Workforce Management and/or Human Capital Management
Travel Requirements:
50-75%
