As the Digital Data Solution Manager, you will work at the intersection of data architecture and business information to further push the implementation of a patient centered marketing digital data solutions that fuse data understanding with business acumen. The role will focus on continuing to implement a new marketing platform for improved patient touchpoint tracking and orchestration. This solutions will drive business value for improved analysis, storytelling, and customer journey development. You will be responsible for the development, adoption, and communication of this platform along with any related new data concepts, transformation techniques, industry best practices, BI/Data technology, and solutions to internal business partners and leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign management and planning: Works across teams and departments, to identify opportunities for patient coordination and data completeness
Work with senior leadership to develop strategies for personalized, real-time campaigns leveraging predictive and behavior-based modeling analytics to identify, deploy, and test best performing marketing activities; optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators
Solution Development: Helps develop digital architectural strategies, direction and proof of concepts that allow the business to deliver new customer acquisition strategies in the digital footprint
Document and Roadmap: Develop, document, present, roadmap, and gain buy-in of solutions, models, diagrams, and with internal stakeholders
As needed, either build campaigns directly or work with developer resources to build them out via campaign tool
Secure: Understands and ensures data security and privacy standards are implemented at all stages of data solution development
Independent: Able to manage data projects end-to-end with little to no supervision
Maintain: Understand data definitions and maintain data governance around data collection/storage

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
